What’s it’s like keeping a large public installation functional in a city park? SAD BLIMP flew for three weeks in Rosa Parks Circle, in the center of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Appearing each morning on the local news, SAD BLIMP marked a point on the giant elliptic in front of the Grand Rapids Art Museum.
